White Peony Longevity Brows (White Tea From Fujian, China) full of silver, whole buds, and lush green leaves. named after the beautiful peony flower for the highest grade, the plucked buds somewhat resemble a large silver eyebrow shape. one of the most highly regarded and the most popular of all white teas, white peony is alternately sun dried, then indoor hot air dried for natural processing. its brew is slightly sweet and melon like, with a bright, fresh lingering after taste. very low caffeine   5.50
Darjeeling 2nd Flush Black Tea (Black Tea From Jungpana Estate, India) this tea was harvested on the beautiful and steep slopes of the jungpana tea estate in the mahanadi valley, deep in the foothills of the himalayasand not easily accessible. the smaller leaves of the 2nd flush are harvested by hand at the end of may and early june after a short banji period. this lot was chosen for its exceptionally defined classic taste, sophisticated aroma and intoxicating finish. moderate caffeine.   7.00
Lu Shan Clouds And Mist (Green Tea From Jiangxi, China) a rare and unusual green tea, tiny moss likes curls of a dark jade green color. buttery, complex, and fresh tasting, this tea was grown on the peaks of lu shan, a taoist mountain known for its fantastic scenery. the blindingly foggy conditions of this mysterious mountain makes for a natural shade growing of the teas, where they grow mostly wild and harvested by the local mountaineers. the resulting tea is very rich and dark green, a definite product of clouds and mist. low caffeine.   7.00
Old Grove Immortal (Oolong From Guangdon, China) skillfully twisted and charcoal fire roasted to create a tea full of dark cinnamon notes finished with hints of honey. one of the oldest forms of oolongs in the world, its culture exceeding 1000 years in southern china in an area called phoenix mountain. many of the trees these oolongs are harvested from are well over 100 years old, and are therefore called old grove. the leaves are highly oxidized and baked, resulting in a dark, cured, woody brew with a hint of nutmeg. high moderate caffeine.   5.00
