Good food, okay atmosphere
It's a small restaurant that seats around 12. The food is pretty good - our salmon sashimi was hard to chew, though, so I'm not sure if that was a result of being cut funny. Otherwise, pretty tasty. Maybe not 100% authentic for those of you looking for some classic Japanese food. The appetizer was thinly sliced cabbage with soysauce-vinegar and seasoning, and the eel-rice we ordered had a salad in between the eel and the rice, which tasted funny. Overall, a good experience. I recommend not sitting at the sushi bar, as its pretty distracting with the food preparation (not exactly pretty).

Real Japanese
My girlfriend and I just ate (pick-up) there. I am half Japanese and from Philly (high food standards). Nothing frustrates me more than a rest. that claims to have Japanese food and doesn't. Instead it's mixed w/ Chinese, Korean or anything that isn't authentic. This place is authentic and it has good food. The fish was fresh, the service was good and the prices reasonable. I hold the bar very highly w/ Japanese food and the mark was met today. Enjoy
