Not recommended
Was there last weekend. The food was horrible. It was old food warmed up! Nothing fresh about it. I am vegetarian, so I ordered a dish that usually comes with Lamb on the side. I asked if they would not serve the lamb as I do not eat meat. They charged me for the Lamb anyways!

Exquisite
Almost as good as the one's in Iran.

Convenient Location, Average Food
We stopped by for lunch one day - I had the lamb shank and my friend had a chicken kebab. They were OK but nothing outstanding. Prices were about the same as in Maykadeh, where the food and ambience is much better. Being family owned, the service was nice and friendly though. Incidentally, the Alborz also runs a Middle Eastern grocery store just around the corner from the restaurant.
