I read an article about this place and so when I found myself out here for vacation I just had to drag my partner here for some serious foodie fun. My interest was piqued by the Red Velvet Fried Chicken. I know it sounds weird at first...but the combination of flavors and the moist and tenderness of the chicken is a winning combination! The cream cheese mashed potatoes were a hit as well. The coleslaw was decent but I tend to like mine on the creamy side just like my Grandma used to make. The cupcakes were delicious too. Not to sweet and moist with very little crumble. The icing was of the lighter variety but when eaten altogether was a delicious treat. As we were there for brunch they also had a kick ass Bloody Mary! I will definitely be back for visit on my next trip. The only concern I have is that they aren't marketing themselves well. We were seated outside and I heard several passersby comment about oh this is a cupcake place....but I wanted to shout out they have a good menu too! A few people did ask about the Red Velvet Fried Chicken and I definitely talked that up!

Best cupcakes in the city. They also have beer & wine, "pairings" and "flights" plus diner style food like fries, sliders, ice cream sundaes, etc. The design of the place is really cool and creative. THe people who work there know how to party. And the owner is pretty hot.
