Great food, sometimes forgetful service
I've been here a few times and the food has always is wonderful. The space is tight and I would like to have good service to help compensate for being squished. That never happens. I want to go back but can't bring myself to do it.

Bad experience
I brought a group of friends to the restaurant and was extremely dissapointed. Although the wait staff was very nice the pasta was extremely oily. When asked how everything was, I told them, and no effort was made to make anything right. No substitution, no rebate, no comped pastry or anything. I guess it's just a routine question from Aperto's but not really sincere. I really wanted to like it but it just didn't work for me. If you are on the fence my advice is to try another place. Sorry.

Cozy neighborhood restaurant
This small corner restaurant is a gem. It's the perfect combination of casual elegance with above-average cuisine. The service is warm and competent, the food is surprisingly delicious, and the ambience inside is cozy and comfortable. This place is perfect for an elegant evening or a spontaneous meal out. Space is limited, so large groups are not recommended. Definitely a repeat! Try their ravioli.
