Stopped by for a quick lunch after shopping. Foot was fabulous, service was quick and very kind, atmosphere was peaceful with the outdoor cafe atmosphere. Felt like I was in Europe somewhere--it was a great dining experience!!!

Poor customer service. Bad coffee. I get that $2 discount, but I would rather walk farther and pay more somewhere else. Great location, though. Hopefully, someone else will take it over soon.

There is a lot of opportunity for this location to excel and grow their business. With a great locaton on Maiden Lane, they should be utilizing the businesses around them to promote them. For those of us who work on the lane know that people ask us where to eat - if I was the owner of Bistro 69, I would hope they would direct them my way. The pricing tends to be unclear if you want something separate from the menu (such as a single hamburger patty) and if you go there often, it is possible to be charged different amounts each time. The gentleman who normally runs the register seems to be more of a money collector than a business owner. Lack of personality, poor customer service and grim face is very unwelcoming for an Italian Bistro. The food overall has been tasty but portions to price seem small. The wait staff is always very friendly and the cooks are always rocking it out in the kitchen. Overall, I would recommend to eat here for quality. Pricing tends to be on the high side but may be worth it.

I go here only because it's close to my work. The food is overpriced and the owners can be rude, but everyone else is quite nice. The food is mediocre at best.

Title says it all... The service is mediocre at best. Food is almost always dry with little flavor. The only plus I would say is that they are one of the only locations on Maiden Ln. open for breakfast.

If you work in the area you get $2 off!!
