I really enjoyed my first time here. The food is fresh and the quality is great. A lot of interesting and different tastes to explore. Recommended for everyone to try.

Yes the wait is long, but also, the food is as good as everyone says it is. Especially the samusa soup, which is heaven in a bowl. I recommend walking to Green Apple books and killing time there while you wait for your summons back to your table.

And one of my favorite restaurants in the city. The Samosa Soup is amazing, as is the tea leaf and rainbow salads - pretty much all of the authentic burmese dishes on the menu are fabulous! It gets super crowded on the weekends and many evenings during the week, so there can be long waits, but its just as good when you get it to go.

The vegetarian samusa soup is seriously the best soup I've ever had. It's my favorite soup in SF. Definitely worth it. However, the wait to get into this restaurant is achingly long. I've waited 1.5 hours to get a table at 9:30 on a Wednesday night for a party of 2. Once you get a table, service is pretty fast. The staff is friendly. I wish they'd expand the restaurant to fit more tables so the wait wouldn't be so long.
