We wanted so much to like this place. We had 8:00 reservations on a Friday night. The restaurant was not completely full, but there was one large table with mabye a party of 12. We were seated by the flamenco dancer instead of the wait staff. The flamenco dancer was nice enough to bring us water, bread, & menus however, it was 40 minutes until anyone else payed us enough attention for us to flag them down & ask them to take our orders. The table we sat at was so dark that we had to use our cell phones as flashlights so we could read the menu. The empanadas & the platanos were wonderful, however the rest of the dishes lacked very much in taste & seasoning. The shrimp & scallops with lobster sauce($11.75) was miniscule in size & lacked much in the flavor department. The squid in its own ink ($10.25) was a more sizable portion, however, it was extremely bland. With so many other great Tapas places in SF don't waste your time on this place.

Very good food, perfectly cooked shrimp, service a bit slow.
