I've eaten here and gotten food to go, and both were pretty bad experience's. After standing around waiting to be seated, I had to ask for table. The witress walked by us like the 6 times without even a peep. It wasn't very busy, like 4 tables. Food was ok, and took about a half hour to be served. Can't imagine how long if it was busy. After eating another long wait for the bill, and change. They seem to pay more attetion to friends or regulars, and forget all others, one other couple came in after us, I could hear them saying more or less the same thing about it being awful slow. The to go food was not cooked, as if they waited for me to arrive then start cooking it, or worse, they forgot. When my food came out it sat there, while the wait staff talked and joked amongst themselves. Pretty bad, will not return for this type of service, and the food isn't all that good for the price.

I live in the outer sunset and have gone to Celia's for years. No one ever served me fries there. This is a warm and friendly place that has good honest Mexican food at a fair price. They also have really good Margarita's. This is a fun neighborhood place.

I have tried every Mexican Restaurant in town and this is the best. Unless they started serving fries in the last few weeks I have never seen any fries served.

Ummm, Celia apparently doesn't know what's going on down there at her restaurant. It has the worst Mexican food I've had in the whole state of California. I don't remember it being so bad the last time I went which was about six years ago. Something must have changed with management. . . . . . they serve fries with their dishes, . . . Come On! Need I say more.

I would highly recommend Celia's to anyone. Their food is the best Mexican food I have ever tasted, especially their crunchy tacos & their enchiladas. Yummy!
