been eating there since they opened. it's always been run by the owners or staff that worked there. got to know them all well. even years later, it was swell. don't remember spending $25 for breakfast unless the prices have gone waaaaay up.

although this place is extremely overated, they manage to have a line... probably because they are small and there really isnt anywhere else to have breakfast nearby. Food: they offer no egg white only option. in fact, they only offer scrambled eggs. that raises the question to the type of eggs they are serving. additionally, the advocados do not look fresh. Atmosphere: not too bad for the space they have to work with. Value: not too expensive but certainly not cheap. i usually spend 20-25 for breakfast per person at this place. wait,.. this is breakfast. that IS pretty expensive for breakfast. you dont even get pancakes with that 20-25 dollars. Service: pretty good service. but for what they're charging, its expected. anything less would be unacceptable.

I love breakfast at Chloe's ... very friendly staff, reasonably priced menu, good food. Hard to park around here but patience pays off. There's a line outside frequently so be prepared to wait - especially on weekends when the worker-bees are off.
