Great French Food at a Reasonable Price
We went to Choquet the first week we moved here and have been back 4 times already in 2 months. Having lived in France for over 3 years, I was looking forward to eating real French food here in San Francisco and wasn't disappointed in the least! I had the Tiger prawns as a starter, lamb for the main dish and for dessert an AWESOME chocolate fondant cake. Everything was delicious, especially the chocolate cake! I'll make sure to make this place one of my regulars while I'm here. Oh, and the waiters although French, are much nicer than their counterparts in France (working for tips here makes a difference). They even appeased me by speaking French back to me when I pronounced the dishes I wanted with a French accent. Great place! Go check it out!
