Whether a light lunch during a shopping spree, a fine dinner with those close to you, or an outdoor brunch, Chouquet's is your French Pacific Heights neighborhood restaurant waiting to host you.\n\nBesides our lunch, brunch, dinner and dessert selections, we have over 15 wines by the glass (including champagne) and over 70 wines with special emphasis on excellent value, smaller vineyard wines from the Pacific Northwest, Oceania, South America, and Europe. In addition, we serve our favorite beers on tap: "1664" from France, Sierra Nevada from California, and a "Guest" beer that changes periodically.

Great French Food at a Reasonable Price

We went to Choquet the first week we moved here and have been back 4 times already in 2 months. Having lived in France for over 3 years, I was looking forward to eating real French food here in San Francisco and wasn't disappointed in the least! I had the Tiger prawns as a starter, lamb for the main dish and for dessert an AWESOME chocolate fondant cake. Everything was delicious, especially the chocolate cake! I'll make sure to make this place one of my regulars while I'm here. Oh, and the waiters although French, are much nicer than their counterparts in France (working for tips here makes a difference). They even appeased me by speaking French back to me when I pronounced the dishes I wanted with a French accent. Great place! Go check it out!
