food is good to great, especially bakery but find service to be slow and pretty rude. staff acts as if they are doing a favor by waiting on you. bought bakery items and was turned off by attitude and service, maybe takeout but eating there? forget it

I love their pit-ish-kee. It is just like my Russian grandmother used to make, and every time I am in San Fran, I make a huge effort to get to Cinderella's. Their cookies and pastries are also wonderful.
