Very average cioppino
If you like your cioppino loaded with squid, you will love Cioppino's.

cioppinos is like eating in a factory
The place is really like eating in a food factory: big, noisy, always packed, but the food is actually very good. The service is also good (amazing considering the amount of stress that the waitstaff must operate with). The consumate san francisco experience if you're a tourist. (like i was.)

Always A Must
I'm SF born and visit often. We always come back to Cioppino's. The best restaurant in Fisherman's Wharf. Food is always great. Half the cost of the other Wharf restaurants. Even on a busy Friday or Saturday night, the best service and food. Their seafood is always fresh and cooked to perfection. You will agree and come back every visit. Tell all your friends

Must brag loudly
By far the best service we've received in San Francisco, and the food is excellent to match - Not one item was less than perfect and the coffee was excellent, too. Seafood was fresh, cooked correctly, and pasta was perfect. The staff was very attentive even though they were >50% full. Seating on the street available, as well as windows on the street. No view of the water, but I wish the restaurants on the water had food half this good. One of the few places in the city were I felt that I got more than I paid for.
