For being a chinese american that cannot speak chinese very well, it is hard to communicate with them hence the problem most have with the rudeness and service. They simply do not understand you and do not know any other way to service you. This is a typical asain resturant so don't be offeneded, it's not you. Once you get to know them and they remember you, things get better. I recommend the "drunken chicken", "salt and pepper chicken wings", any of the "tapioca fruit drinks" that are on sale for under $2 each (can't beat that price). You just cannot beat the price for the food and the helpings are very large. 3 items for $20 includes soup of the day and rice, enough to feed 4 people off the bat (thats $5 per person plus tip). Only down fall is they only accept cash, no credit or debit. But all in all, I eat there about 3-4 times a week for lunch as I work in the neighborhood. Lot of other shops on clement, but I enjoy this place greatly.

D&A is a really good place. They have all the food I like and all low price, Mostly breakfast happy house and late at night they have low prices. but that's basically they whole day. The food is not as bad as the other people say. well sure its not a 5 star restaurant good. But its so consider good for just a basic cafe. But the service is bad. They have very bad attitude and very rude. The food i recommend is there Salt a Pepper Chicken Wing. its really good. other places that have it is not good. other places is either too dry or not taste. But D&A is taste and its not too dry. and i also love there Watermelon Juice its so refreshing in hot days.

The food is very cheap, but not delicious. 3 dishes only for $15.99, that is really a good deal. And there is Afternoon Tea menu, almost everything is $2 to $4. Therefore, this place is a very cheap to fill your stomach, but not a good place to treat your tongue nice.
