The meatloaf should be called steakloaf. Beautiful free range beef, no steroids, grass fed. Beef just like the cowboys eat right on the range. Very little filled--just enough to hold it together. Oaks and eggs, glazed with ketchup, mustard, seasoned glaze. And if you take it home and there's any left -- great sandwich cold the next day. Meat isn't even my preference usually!
