The best Japanese restaurant in U.S.
I've spent 40 years in Japan. Eiji is truly authentic. Only 12 seats. He makes his own tofu and miso, has beautiful ikebana and one caligraphic scroll. Great variety of exotic dishes including pate. Always crowded at dinner.... not at lunch on weekdays.
