Disappointing!
I went here with high expectations on a saturday night. At prime dinner time on a saturday, they were all out of two of their four steaks. How does a steakhouse run out of half of their steak choices by 8pm on a saturday? That alone was totally unacceptable, but they were also all out of multiple appetizers and the risotto (how do you run out of rice?). The dismissive attitude of the waitstaff made it worse. The waiter acted like it should be expected for them to be all out of their best stuff on a "busy" saturday (yet there were multiple open tables while we were there). The food that they did have left in the kitchen was pretty good, but I would definitely not recommend El Raigon.

A taste of Argentina
This place has a great menu with a full range of Argentinean style cuts of steaks well prepared and comparable to any high end American steakhouse. Combined with Quilmes beer or a glass of Malbec wine you get fine food. The restaurant is at the quiet edge of the hectic North Beach scene. Try the dessert of dulches de leche with their version of flan or the tasty panques.
