    the best

this is the best chinese food we have ever had- we travel from concord to SF 40 minutes to get this food - I like the sesame chicken with an order of asperagus- yummy!! always the same fresh veggies and great taste

    Updated Creative Chinese

I eat at Elizas a lot, and enjoy their take out. Have been a customer for many years. Restraunt is nice enough for a date or family. Cool neighborhood and fairly easy parking with 2 blocks. Nice modern weird decoration with trippy blown glass. Dish presentation is always pretty. Foods are always fresh, never overcooked. Not too oily. Seems much healthier than San Francisco Chinese usually is. A few funny dishes like Ostrich are always tasty. Try the Elizas Spicy Chicken - Not Spicy.

    Good enough

Better value on the lunch menu, but tends to be a little pricey for what it is - Americanized Chinese food. Love the noodles and snow pea beef.

    Healthier Chinese

Eliza's is great. I don't normally like Chinese because its too greasy and the meat is rubbery. Eliza's uses proper meat and it actually seems like its healthy Chinese. Flavorful, fresh ingredients and top grade meats! They serve brown rice too! Yum.

Much better than Chinese in general

For San Francisco having such a large amount of Chinese restaurants and Asian people in general, it is amazing how bland and uninspired most Chinese restaurants are here. Not this one - I would even say this one is delicious. Have returned a bunch of times. It is also fun when you feel like venturing somewhere new and end up on Portrero Hill with a nice view of the SF downtown city scape. Try the Drums of Heaven (its an app).
