Alcatra (Top Sirloin) this naturally lean center sirloin cut is extremely popular among meat enthusiasts. also served on red wine sauce.   
Filet Mignon french for "dainty fillet," the fillet mignon is the most tender cut of beef. also referred to as "the king of steaks," its exquisite texture will surely bring you back for seconds.
