LOVE this place. It's the best chinese noodles anywhere in the city. Could be the best all around Chinese, but all I ever eat is the Beef Chowfun and the Singapore style noodles. They aren't greasy or gummy at all like other places. She gives you a lot and everything comes with soup and an appitizer of some sort and a desert (usually tapioca in cream) or fruit. A normal person can easily get a plate and take half of it home for dinner. She also has a hot table if you need something quickly. It's usually best to go earlier for this. Otherwise they are very accomodating and will make just about anything. I always see a lot of people with various egg type dishes over rice, pork chops, beef, various vegetables, etc... The owner, Fanny, is a lot of fun. She'll treat you like Mom. Atmosphere isn't much, but what can you expect for lunch for less than $8.00.
