Friends treated my husband and me to a birthday dinner here. The restaurant is new and everyone aims to please - attentive service. I love sashimi, traditional and novel sushi combinations. Everything was fresh.We ordered food to share. My husband is sort of a vegan who has added salmon to his diet. He ordered a smoked salmon salad (w/o dressing) and two different salmon rolls. He had a vegan roll with tofu that he really liked. We had sashimi with fresh wasabi, the spicy dragon, mango tango, and soft shell crab rolls. My favorites were off the chef's specials: the red cloud - sea bass with ramen and salmon roe and the mikado - lobster tail with unagi fried rice. For dessert, I had avocado and ice cream. (I was the birthday girl, remember?) We had so much food that we took food home. We'll be back.
