good fresh fish
An especially good choice if you're going to the opera, ballet, and symphony. The very efficient staff gets you out at the time you want them t. Unusually good sturgeon and swordfish.

Accommodatin Staff Good Food
Not knowing we needed reservations in the Hayes District on a Saturday night... we had thought we would be picky about a restaurant before a play at New Conservatory. There were NO Tables at any restaurants. Hayes St. Grill Squeezed us in their very busy restaurant. The Mahi Mahi was excellent, as was the Caesar Salad and the "Fries" you passed out to us all were also yummy. THANK YOU HAYES STREET GRILL!! We will be back (with a reservation!)

Try another restaurant
Very small portions for very high prices. Fries are good.
