Rotten Milk
I ordered a latte and a bagel to go from House of Bages, and as I was driving away, I realized that the milk in my latte was off. The bagel was mediocre and gummy at best, I would have expected more from the "House of Bagels."

Poor bagels
everytime i've been there (3 times) the bagels are rock hard and the staff is there to socialize rather than help guests. you're better off going elsewhere.
