Down Home French Food
Has the atmosphere of one of those mom and pop places you find on road trips to France. The staff is very friendly and really take care of you. Food is down home country style (rabbit, pork, duck, unique veggie stews) yet served elegantly. Great wine list. Perfect for a romantic yet moderately priced dinner date. Families with older kids would feel comfortable, too. Unlike many restaurants where single diners get less-than-stellar service, single diners here are treated to very good service. This is why Hyde Street Bistro is also a fave after -work spot for locals.
