This place has forgotten how to treat people because of their location. They are so convenient to the businesses around them that they have the upper hand. They don't know how to accommodate. They make the sandwiches and salads in the morning. You cannot make a special request. They come how they come. Their caser is a hand full of romaine salad with five crotons and some cheese for 8 dollars. WHAT? You call for reservation or catering and you are on the phone holding for 10 min... you hang up call back and told to call back if you don't want to wait. I deal with these people all the time per my bosses request. NOT MY CHOICE. This was not a one time bad service.

Looking from the outside, you would expect a very pleasurable and memorable dining experience. Well, you can check your glasses at the front door. It might have been a hectic evening for the staff, but that's no excuse considering the restaurant is in prime real estate. The service was very poor, waiting upwards of 20 minutes in between courses. The portions are ridiculously small, $19 for 8 pieces of ravioli will not even fill up Nicole Ritchie, let alone a full grown man with a full grown appetite. Not a very pleasant evening...only positive thought I can offer is the place is nicely decorated, only question is whether that's good enough for you.

This place offers great food.. great atmosphere located near the embarcaderro, servers are great and give good quality service.

Nice atmosphere, classy, great find for breakfast as well. Extensive wine menu. Rotisserie chicken excellent for dinner and omelettes for breakfast great. Fairly reasonable especially for the ambience which was nice.
