We came in from the south bay drawn by the organic salads, organic chicken, and wild salmon listed on the menu. The food did not disappoint, but we wish we had more confidence that the smoked salmon was wild. It was a generous portion and tasty, would have been truly magnificent if served on bigger slabs of brown bread. We are also longtime connoisseurs of Co Galway bars, and the pint poured here would stand up in any company. Go in for the Guinness, and hold the proprietors to their promise of wild salmon!
