Best Chinese?
The place is tiny and reservations are required, but I think Jai Yun is the best Chinese in SF. In the heart of Chinatown, the chef feeds you (no real menu choices) what he bought earlier that day. Prices are reasonable and being in the heart of Chinatown makes the atmosphere classic San Francisco.
