The best cheesesteaks around! An excellent place to eat, and "Jay" is a fantastic person, as well as his help! I suggest the "Jay's Original" with no pickles + tabascoe! I've literlly have drivin from sonoma county to just have lunch there! an absolute delight! thank you Jay!

yummy and quick
yes, it is a little pricey for a basket of garlic fries but they are tasty. i've only had the veggie items: the eggplant parmesan sandwich is awesome, as are the seitan cheesestakes. i'm not a vegitarian but places like these keep me from getting a burger. It's quick and the service is friendly. They spotted me a dollar the last time I went in and I forgot to pay once and when I returned they witeren't even upset!

Good Food / Poor Service
The food at Jay's is pretty good. The service is not! The main cashier is very rude and makes you not want to come back. It's kind of pricey but worth it.

The Best Cheesesteaks in SF
I have to say that I been going to this place for about 10 years and their food is always tasty, and fresh and the amount is just perfect its an excellent place to come and enjoy appetizers and sit and enjoy a good meal, everyone is friendly and the place is neat its nothing but the best to my family and I and we will keep going for more.. Thumbs up!! Definitely a place you want to check out and make it your favorite place to grab a bite to eat!

Large Cheesesteak Selection
Good quality food, the meat was fresh and tasty as well as the rest of the sandwich. A lot of selection. Cheese Wiz available upon request.
