The best tasty neighborhood sushi
I have been going to Jimisan's for over 3 years and couldn't ask for a better neighborhood sushi place. Besides it being the freshest fish and warmest hospitality, the food is exceptionally vibrant, full of flavor, and filled with love. Go on down and meet Jimisan himself at the bar... he will serve you up right! ---Inner Sunset gal---

Tasty, fresh, creative rolls!
Jimisan's menu has expanded well beyond what is printed on this website, and everything is well-done! The portions are large, flavorful and fresh, the presentation simple and artful, and the wait-staff consists of attentive and courteous people. The place is spacious, modern, and somewhat serene, and tables are not crammed together. Altogether it has great staples of San Francisco Japanese dining- with some unique menu items, as well, to give the menu flare. As someone who perpetually searches for perfect sushi, I'd say that Jimisan is solid and well-worth the prices. I have always been satisfied after a meal.

Great, affordable japanese
Sushi chef Jimisan is inventive, ingenius and innovative. Muni, blizzard and cherry blossom are just a few of many delicious rolls that can be enjoyed in this intimate dining setting. Despite the uniqueness of the dishes, the price is affordable and the service is friendly and down to earth. Enjoy this new sushi restaurant in the inner sunset area.
