Two hour retreat to Japan
Hidden away above the Denny's in Japantown, this restaurant has only about one table and a counter for about 10. The fixed price menu brings a traditional Japanese dinner with exquisitely tasting and presented dishes. We enjoyed talking with the other folks at the counter (all Asian) and the owners. It was a shock to leave and discover ourselves in San Francisco and not in Kyoto.
