Good.
The guy who said everything else besides a few items sucked was wrong. Everything I've had so far has been above average. I liked the kung pao chicken the other day; yesterday I got the General Tso's and was even more impressed. It was quite good. I expect to keep going back and finding out that the rest of the stuff on the menu is just as impressive! Service-wise, the friendly woman behind the register even held the door open for me as I left.

lumpy rice/questionable chicken
That should be the name of this place! Food has been o.k. before but the cashew chicken is not good!

Freshest fried rice in the world
I have eaten chinese food in nearly every state in america, and when I say "chinese food" i mean the americanized version sweet n sour chicken, fried rice, chow mein etc. I have problems finding the americanized version of chinese food in san fran because there are so many people who prefer and can make authentic chinese food. So I was over joyed the first time I got the shrimp fried rice and crab ragoon from King Ling. The rice was PERFECT. It is always cooked to order and fresh. the carrots and peas are so yummy and they are not stingy at all with the shrimp or the portions. In fact I often end up having to share mine. In addition to the most wonderful melt in your mouth rice they also manage to make the best crab ragoons in the city. I have not found any that compare anywhere else. They only problem is that with the exception of the rice, crab ragoon and the chow mein much of the food sucks. it doesn't taste very well it's plain and a let down
