Slow food means good food
For all who need FAST, Zippy food, do not PLEASE come here. The owner/chef takes great pride in preparing food to order (no steam tables here). The atmosphere is like being in a dining hall at a friend's home. Bollywood movies playing on the TV; diners sometimes waiting for a table. Special emphasis is on breads and fish but vegetarian dishes are yummy also (saag paneer is afavorite ). Everything is delicious but be patient, order some papadaam and a beverage while you wait for your order.

Why I love the TL
I have tried just about every Indian restaurant in the TL and Lahore by far is my favorite. The chef/owner takes pride in his food and it really feels like home cooking-everything is fresh-so be patient as the meals take a little longer to come to your table-it is well worth the wait! He is very generous with the portions. I recommend the buttery chicken and the onion naan but everything is delicious!
