Best Hamburgers around
Want an old "Italian" style hamburger ala "Original Joes"? Go to Little Joes!!! The best hamburger in SF. Don't be put off by the address, the neighborhood is undergoing a renaisance and is fine to walk around day and night!

best Italianplace in SF
The best,, and most reasonably priced, Italian food in SF at this restaurant that has been around since 1978. Great linguine with clams, pasta with four cheese sauce and linguine tri colore. Stick with the pastas or gnocci with a cup of soup and you will have a fine meal, arguably the best in San Francisco, for under ten dollars a plate. The owner and chef, Franco,s in his 70's now but still full of energy and passion for cooking. Check this place out.

Wonderful
The Veal Saltimboca is what keeps me coming back here, although I wouldn't say I've ever been disappointed by anything on their menu. The ambience isn't the same as the original location on Broadway, although the neighborhood is an improvement.

Worth a Return
I was a little disappointed by the eggplant parmesan, but I'd come back for the ravioli.
