OMFG I loved the pizza I ate here
Back in March I took a very food-oriented vacation to SF -- a couple of highlights, btw, were Mission Street Foods and Pizzeria Delfina. On my last night in town, almost as an afterthought, we went to Little Star in the Mission. What a great note to end on. It's certainly no Delfina in terms of overall experience (definitely less of a destination), and it's a different kind of pizza, but man is it tasty. We had one of the thick-style pizzas and one of the more standard. Both were great. They had a special pizza that night -- chorizo, cilantro, and lime juice -- unbelievably good. I look forward to a return visit.

chicago style pizza - SF style
great pizza! coming from a former chicago resident, i love the deep dish w/ the cornbread crust. but get there early cause they don't take reservations and can get really busy!!!
