I've only ordered from Masala, and I have enjoyed their service many times. The food isn't the absolute best Indian that you'll ever eat, but it's great for delivery. Most Indian food gets delivered soggy and warm, but delivery from Masala has been fine. Most of the "crisp" items aren't too soggy, and the food is hot when it gets to my door. Some of the dishes tend to blend together, but I think that's what is available from the menu. I can't for the life of me figure out the difference between some menu items, because they come with the same basic sauce. My advice? Find your favorites, and see if you like them. If so, this is a GREAT, reliable delivery service for Indian.

I have never ordered dinner in the restaurant, but they deliver! Food always great, never greasy like others in the 'hood. have not experienced the "watered-down taste" as other posters above have, but maybe take-out is different. quick delivery and the friendliest and most gracious delivery persons I have ever known. I gave atmosphere a 5.0 because its home delivery.

I've come here several times with friends and really enjoyed the experience. The food tastes fresh. The staff are helpful and nice, making it an all-around great dinner experience. Most often what I'll do lately, however is order food for delivery - hot, tasty food served with a smile. It's tough to beat.

Agree with former poster, watered down, lack of spices, asked for hot received mild. not impressed. there are way better options in this hood, look around. you might have to pickup, but you will get the real thing. ok, ok, the naan wasnt bad, but the dishes were just plain. nuff said.

I was blown away by how subpar their food is. I ordered two standards, chicken tikka masala and lamb curry. Both of the curry sauces were watered down, and therefore really bland. I couldn't believe they were passing this off as legitimate Indian food. The Naan was good and so was the Mango Lassi, but it's just as good anywhere else. If you live in the area, go elsewhere. Stay away from this.

I ordered delivery from Masala towards the end of their lunch hour. They showed up promptly with warm food and a smile. The tikka masala was excellent, though a tad less creamy than I like, the saag was amazing, the garlic naan was a bit overdone but still scrumptious. I heart the chicken pakora!
