My husband I went to Max's this weekend. I have been to many of the Max's establishments and enjoyed the whole experience: the food, the ambiance, the service. My husband had never been and I wanted him to enjoy all the great things I usually tell him about Max's especially the fact that they take great pride in thier service. Unfortunatley, they made a liar out of me. My dining experience was not one of the greatest experiences. The waitress forgot parts of our order, the time to get our food took about an hour. Needless to say, had it not been for the fact that the food was still quality and consistent I would have never returned again. Hopefully they will work on some better training of thier staff or at least our waitress. I will still give them another chance!

My husband and I had a very nice lunch at Max's On The Square. The restaurant was very nice with excellent service. The portions were large and the food was very good and well presented. I had the overstuffed shrimp salad roll with a Caesar salad which was very fresh and had a nice light dressing. My husband had a bratwurst sausage plate which he said was the best he had tasted outside of Germany. I would highly recommend Max's for lunch or dinner.
