Milano has a new look, new owner, and different pizza style. The place looks nice but I miss the homey feel of before, the pizza is tasty but it will never be the best pizza with a delicious sauce, perfect crust and toppings, great value, and true size from before. I'm sad I won't be going back to the new Milano's.

Do not order for delivery! It took them over 1hs 40 minutes. We to follow up on the order twice until we decided to cancel after 1:30 minutes. The girl on the phone said " Tell the driver when he gets there". I said " No, you tell him" and she ignored it. 1:50 minutes we got the delivery and had to send the delivery boy back!

If you want all that San Francisco has to give this is it! I live overseas but judge all pizza from my days of consuming slices from Milano...Run family style! I miss it...

My husband's been eating here most of his life. O, the advantages of being a native. Having been here 10 years now myself, I must say it's one of the best pizzas in the city. The Jack & Dolores is our favorite along with a Greek salad. The staff is friendly, the service good, the table and wall art entertaining. It's not high-brow or pretentious, just good, basic food.

The pizza was good in flavor. Maybe a little salty...i did order the sausage and onion which could be the cause. (Mike thinks I am being too salt sensitive as usual.) Onions were not sliced thin enough. The crust was way too thick. I was all doughed up after one slice. Blah... The Chef Salad was ehhhh. Not prepared with care. Some questionable lettuces...They use store bought Italian dressing. (Ken's famous creamy italian perhaps.) Whipping up a little nice house dressing is important to show you care. How hard could it be guys.
