Great food and Nice Casual atmosphere
I really like the casual atmosphere and DIY serivice. The food is great but is ALWAYS spicy - so make sure you specify mild and order yoghurt if that is what you want (It will still be spicy). Good value for Indian food in SF and a good location if you are spending time in Golden Gate Park.

A recipe for Heart Attack
My God! Their food is swimming in heavy oil. I have tried several dishes - they all come with artery-clogging oil. They have good ideas, but why subject the customers to all this oil?

Spice to the beat
A friend introduced me to this place, and now I'm hooked. The food is spicy and flavorful, and their system works well. You order and then take a seat at a numbered table. You get your own water, silverware, and (free) chai. It's cheap because you cut out the middle man. The food comes in a few minutes. There is always Indian electronic music pumping in the place -- great atmosphere. Sure, the guy at the counter is strictly business, but my friends and I like to pretend he's a Star Wars character in the bar scene. Tell him you've got the fastest ship in the galaxy. Anyway, after one swab of your garlic naan in the curry sauce, you'll be all smiles.

Best chicken tikka masala
I've sinced moved from SF to NYC... and i have yet to find Chicken Tikka Masala like the one here at Naan&Curry. Love their Mango Lassi as well. Great Indian food with great value!!

Great food, poor attitude!
This is wonderful Indian food, served with a disgruntled attitude. I only order here in a pinch. Good thing the food is hot, because the service is anything but warm!
