Yummy and unpretentious!
The service was excellent, we were served drinks while we waited outside (near the heatlamps!) and our waitress couldn't have been more friendly and attentive. The food was good - simple but tasty. I had the chicken enchiladas. I thought the chicken would be in the enchilada but instead the dish consisted of a tender juicy chicken leg with a potato & carrot stuffed enchilada on the side (which was a little odd but still yummy). The fried chickpeas served to each table were fun and different. The prices are of course, higher than your average Mexican joint but that is to be expected. The atmosphere was modern yet warm and inviting. Nopalito is a small neighborhood joint that shouldn't be missed.
