I was somehow expecting a restaurant... but this did not down my longing for Sushi on a Wednesday afternoon. There was not much of a variety left but the rolls taste fresh and great. There was good fast service as well

There aren't many Japanese places in the area; I've had sushi at all the ones closeby and Oishii is by far the best, because the fish is fresh but selection is very limited. I don't eat their other entrees 'cause I cook better than that. What's to say. When I desperately need sushi, and I'm at work, I go to Oishii rather than the other place or Tokyo [something or other in 1 Market Plaza] just because their fish is a whole lot better--I'm not a gourmet sushi person but I know when the raw fish is of an inferior quality (has a funky aftertaste). I always go somewhere else when I want sushi and am not at work since there are better sushi places in this town; and even better sushi places in Los Angeles (and even better places in Japan!).
