I have been there a few time and both service and food have been good. Its a great pleace to eat.

Bad Service
I went there 3 times hoping I will get a different server with different attitude, However I was dreaming.

good and bad
food was quite tasty, but service was very poor. We had a group of 6 and all dishes came out at different times which is very frustrating. Then when we didn't finish our lunch we asked for the food "to go" and the waiter mixed up our food giving it to the wrong person.

Good food...but a bit noisy
The food was excellent, but the ambient noise made it difficult to converse. The service was good...but the food came out rather unevenly, with one person waiting for several minutes to get fed.

Great food at a great price!
Great food, great (cheap) price, nice ambience! I was recommended this restaurant by a hotel concierge and I always eat there when I come back to SF. Definitely recommend it!
