I don't disagree with the other reviewers (i.e., person answering the phone is not enthusiastic), but I don't need her to be my best friend. I like the pizza and the atmosphere is fun in a small-time way - it's not particularly clean and it's really small... but hey, you're near the beach at little pizza joint. I bring my kids and we watch them make the pizza. While the pizza is in the oven, we walk down to the surf shop, then come back and eat inside.

The pizza at Pasquales is good, but the workers are far from it. The lady who always answers the phone speaks poor english, lacks enthusiasm and does a half-hearted job. She cuts you off after the first item, making it difficult to order multiple items, tries to hang up before asking whether you want to pay with a credit card, and does not give the total price or expected delivery time. Pasquales would be well served to get that lady off of the phone and put someone on that both cares and has the intelligence to do her job properly.

Women on the phone was very unenthusiastic and hard to understand. She also did not give me price or how long it would take for the pizza to be done. Upon arrival the sign is not lit and i seriously could have drove right past it without knowing it was there. Definitely not a place to take the family as the dining area is small and uninviting. The pizza is well, disappointing The crust is hand rolled and spun and very flavorless the produce was also not very fresh and flavorless. Definitely not worth dealing with the bad customer service.

When you're staying in for pizza give them a call! A cheery gal will answer the phone and in 30 mins or so a delicious affordable pizza is at your door!
