Be patient it is worth it
When you have not made a reservation you may join a few others that are standing outside the restaurant waiting to get a table. Unless it is raining cats and dogs, I recommend you be patient and you will be rewarded with a great Italian experience.

Great Food and Atmosphere
i have been here several times on various trips to San Francisco. The food is great, from the pizza to the pasta. Beautiful mural on the wall, great wait staff. Small and busy in the evenings though, so plan ahead.

good for everything!
I had several meals, and never been disapointed with the pastas. One regret: When are you doing to make a real restroom to avoid to go thru the kitchen!!!

Never a bad meal
I have eaten at Pazzia on numerous occasions. The food, service, and ambience make this restaurant a San Francisco pleasure. Whether it is the veal, pasta or pizza(the best in SF) Pazzia is worth the trip.
