we were seted for almost 20 minutes and no waitress come by to take orders. We have to get up and ask the cashier for service. Then it toook another 25 minutes for the first dish to arrive and the food was not like we were expected. No wet toel to clean hands after eating messy crab.

We were excited to have our party here. I reserved it in advance, placed my menu order/made my deposit. Everything seemed to be falling into place. Two days before the party, a simple request made by me and customer service from the restaurant plummets from a 5 to zero (on a 1-10 scale). 2 liter sodas cost $8 per bottle! Their claim that parties require a lot of extra labor in the kitchen and extra wait staff are untrue and BS because we had all of ONE server for our party. There were times when he disappeared, leaving us to serve ourselves. We should have knocked off the service charge on the final bill, which did not reflect the correct amount either because they neglected to deduct my deposit. When we arrived in the party room, there were dirty dishes on the table and back counter. At serving time, we were given a stack of dirty “clean” dishes to eat off of. I have to say that the food was so-so. I wasn’t the first to eat but the food was cold and the flavors were not how it should have been. Customer service here is non-existent. I was not greeted at the beginning, just given dirty looks, and definitely not thanked at the end for having my party here. I must have been dealing with the owners because they had a certain air of arrogance the whole time. They must think that they don’t need your business because someone other sucker will come along. Well, I am a sucker no more!

I love coming here with another friend and getting their Set Menu for two. I come here to eat crab in the evening and it's always been delicious. The cabbage salad could use a little more creativity but the portion is pretty good. The garlic noodles are pretty good, but can use a little more something (maybe parmesan?) Overall I love this place for roasted crab. Better value than Thanh Long or Crustacean. Good neighborhood too for food! The service is friendly but can be a little slow sometimes when it gets busy.

omg! the meal my friends and i had was crazy. imperial rolls, chicken salad, roasted crab, garlic noodles, and fbi. nothing could have been better. even the prices are better than the other crab houses in the city. in short, best place for crab.
