What an experience
If I owned a restaurant I would like to it be just like Quince. The food was impeccable. My favorite dish was the pasta with fresh sea urchin with challots sauteed in olive oil. The waiters and waitresses were extremely knowledgeable, polite and attentive. One of the finest dining experiences I have ever had!
