The Curious Scotsman's Tonic hendricks gin, hoyo kura no hana, compressed cucumber and rose water ice hendricks, a gin of scottish origin, is billed as having a curious flavor profile that includes rose and cucumber. thouse flavors are accentuated in this tonic cocktail by the additon of compressed cucumber, rose water and lime. a refreshing cocktail that evolves in the glass
