Great service and top-notch food in a hip (but not too hip) dining room. Appetizer of raw scallops tossed with radish and cucumber was *amazing,* the salmon and coffee-rubbed pork loin were both worth coming back for. Desserts are surprisingly creative: apple tart with cardamom gelato, nectarine "ice cream puffs," a perfectly bitter chocolate souffle.

Loved it. Really really good- so pleased we managed to get a walk in table on a friday (go early) Inventive, interesting food that has a bargain price- we would recommend the short ribs appetizer, the poached egg black truffle thingy, coffee rubbed pork shoulder; everything I tasted was great. Go now.

I'll go back many times for the clam app alone! Truly spectacular and decadent! Had a meat special, nice, and the rhubarb upside down cake, fantastic, very creative drinks. Overall, very inventive, yet subtle variety. We were last table seated on a Wed night and they were very relaxed and we didn't feel rushed, very professional. But get the clams, oy! I live in NY and wish I could eat them all the time!

im a picky eater, and everything at range is always exquisite! fantastic food, fast, friendly service-- everything you would expect from a great restaurant. From the drink menu to desserts, everything is tasty and inventive. Definitely worth the $$.

Never had a bad meal or bad service! Food is delicious and inventive. Fun hip atmosphere but no attitude. Great service from the host/ess to the waiters and bar staff. Our favorite restaurant. Get a reservation and go!
