AWESOME
This was the best dining experience I ever had. Service was fantastic. A magical evening. Recommend the tasting menu with matching wines! It was awesome.

Danktastic
This place is tits. I mean that only in the most non-misogenist way possible ladies. The only 5-star in the San Francisco for a reason, and cheaper than the popular steakhouses. Reservations require at least one month notice. It's worth the wait. But Anonymous is trippin -- this place is stupid expensive. Prix fixe menus were $60/$80/$100 for 3/4/5 courses when I was there. The cheese plate is amazing, but you can find most of it at Cowgirl Creamery. If you want to spend $300 somewhere and be guaranteed post-date sex, this is the place to do it.

Best fine dining in SF
I stumbled on this restaurant as it had excellent reviews and gave it a try during my trip to SF. This is one of the best dining experiences I've had. The seared foie gras is unbelievable. Fixed course menu prices are reasonable for the quality of the food. If you don't have a reservation the bar serves the full menu.
