the pig is not good
Disappointing pulled pork. wouldn't go back.overpriced vinegar tasting ,bland pig.what a waste of pork.I'm from the midwest and this ain't que baby!

Nasty Que
This is not bbq, infact I am not really sure what you would call it, faux que maybe. For smoking meat for 15 to 18 hours there is very little smoke smell in the place, maybe they use sealed ovens. But you would still expect to taste smoke flavor in the meats, i did not. The ribs were dry and had a off taste of something not sure what but it was bitter. The pulled pork and brisket seemed to have an au jus poured on them to make the seem juicy. All in all not a place that i will go back to. By the way my wife and I spent $46.00 for a very unpleasant experience. If you have to sauce up the meat for flavor, there is something very wrong with the process.

One of the BEST in SF
Actually tastes like BBQ i remember from the midwest... Roadside has several sauces, great meats, great sides.....and I keep going back. Addicting.

great food, cornbread oddly not
Everything was great here except the cornbread. The sauces were excellent, especially the hot. Loved the brisket.
