Far from franchise standards
This place should be exactly the same as other locations throughout the world and I was very disappointed it was not. The place looks old, the staff was nice but the food was bad. I ordered the BBQ shrimp and they gave me a shrimp cocktail, then the entree came at the same time that the appetizer because of the mistake, the sauce in the shrimp tasted like one of Rachel Rae’s crap 5 minutes meals. In general the food might have come from a frozen tray you can find in a supermarket. I've eaten at this restaurant in other cities and I'm always pleased but this time I wasn't. For $100 pp they should do an outstanding job. Don't go here is a tourist trap any Sizzler would match the quality of the food at the SF location.
